How To Make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet .
In a medium bowl, add butter and coconut oil. Beat with a hand mixer until combined. If the butter is not softened, use the warm melted coconut oil to help soften it.
Add monk fruit, egg, vanilla and almond to creamed butter mixture and combine further with hand beater. You can also add the optional coconut flour here as well.
In a separate medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.Add butter mixture to almond flour mixture and mix well with hand beater.
Lastly, add chocolate chips and finish mixing.
Roll chocolate chip cookie dough into small balls and line baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes and let cool on counter.

Personally, I think this is one keto dessert that way overlooked. It is one of my favorite dessert recipes, however, not too many people are searching for keto fallen chocolate cake. Heck, many people dont even know what fallen chocolate cake is.
Fallen chocolate cake is an amazing chocolate cake that is made without flour. Instead, much of the cake is made from whipped eggs. All in all the end result is a great dense and super rich chocolate cake. After looking at some traditional fallen chocolate cake recipes I realized it would be quite easy to make a keto version.
After all, since its made without flour anyway I was already one step closer than if I were to make a classic chocolate cake. The only ingredients I really had to worry about was a sugar substitute and a keto friendly chocolate. This was easily fixed with the use of Swerve Sweetener and, of course, melted Lilys chocolate chips.
I could not be happier with the way it came out. It really tasted just like classic fallen chocolate cake. I know many people say their keto desserts taste just like the real thing, but this one really does. This keto fallen chocolate cake recipe yields a total of 12 servings.
