I bought some of this the other day and Im pretty excited. I have been wanting to make riced cauliflower, but I didnt like the idea of doing it by hand. My food processor is back at our house and not in our RV, so that made it a no-go idea. And I didnt want to bring my processor down here either.
So, this was an amazing find!
Riced cauliflower can be used for a variety of things! You can make fried rice, use it as rice for a bunch of dishes, and you can even use it in soups too! Or, you can even make something like cauliflower patties too and fry them up in a skillet.
