Whether you’re in the mood for something salty or sweet, crunchy or chewy, cheap, or indulgent, there are some pretty delicious and convenient snack options in this Walmart shopping list. Oh, and each serving of ANY snack on this list is less than 5 net carbs!
Peanut Butter And Jelly

The best way to describe PB & J is that it is another experiment by Quest. They have tried to produced something that retains the nutty taste of peanut butter, the slight taste of salt and butter in it by giving it a treat of jelly. Now, not everybody is a fan of jelly. For those who dont like jelly, it might be best to try another flavour. But if you like both jelly and peanut butter, its for you. This is a huge bag of snack cheese – it’s over a pound and a half of cheese.
I picked up the Colby, Monterey Jack, & Mild Cheddar mix variety, but Walmart has several different flavors in packages like this.
That said, the cheese comes in convenient individually packaged bars that you can easily add to your lunchbox or travel bag.
True to its name – “Great Value” – this over 1.5 lb bag has 30 servings with 0g carbs each and costs just $8.98!
Overall, a pretty great value if you ask me.
Frigo Cheese Heads Original Mozzarella
Another ally of the keto dieters is the string cheese snacks.
This mozzarella cheese is a favorite for the whole family because it is creamy, rich, and comes in strips so that it is easy to carry and eat anywhere you want.

You dont have to go into Walmart and just grab cheese or almonds to eat and walk out defeated.
Sure, cheese and almonds are good snacks. And, dont get me wrong those things can help you beat your hunger for sure.
But, why not put some things together and create a delicious snack that will tide you over until supper?
Creating a snack that you enjoy eating only takes a few minutes of running through Walmart. You should be able to make a plan in your car, race inside , and grab what you need.
No more mindlessly walking the aisles trying to figure out what to snack on so youre not stuffing your face full of old habits.
If youre not grocery shopping then Id write down what youre getting on a sticky note or some sort of paper you can carry with you. That way youll know what youre getting and be able to avoid temptation.
If you are grocery shopping then when youre shopping I would head straight for your snack foods first so you can have them at the front of your basket. Maybe nibble on a few if theyre easy to nibble like cheese.
This will help you to keep on track and help you not make a carb-y mistake.
