i would have to say no for on season. fiber has 2 cals per gram vs the 4 for reg carbs. so the carbs for the fiber are not free. or maybe use them pwo.

Not ideal but yes you could use them and remain in ketosis. You’d have to factor it into your overall nutrition plan. But if your in ketosis one of these wouldn’t boot you out.

Just include one a day in your plan. You need plenty of fibre when running a keto diet anyway. If you can avoid the urge to scoff down half a dozen a day you should be fine.
